North Sea Port selects Unit4 ERP
Unit4, a leader in enterprise cloud applications for people-centric organizations, today announced that North Sea Port has selected Unit4 ERP to support growth plans and improve business efficiencies.
A cross-border Dutch-Flemish company, North Sea Port was looking to consolidate its disparate financial systems as a result of the merger of the Dutch Zeeland Seaports of Vlissingen and Terneuzen and the Flesmish/Belgian Ghent Port Company. They also needed to gain better financial insight and support the optimization of the organization's growth plans.
Efficiency that contributes to future ambitions
Unit4 ERP will provide North Sea Port with a unified finance system, ensuring faster processes, better budget management and deeper insight into their financial status. This will help with productivity, effectiveness and efficiencies and support the company in its’ development plans. North Sea Port will also benefit from a flexible solution that can adapt as circumstances change.
Expertise in Belgian/Dutch combined implementations
As a Dutch-Flemish company, it was very important that North Sea Port’s future partner had experience working across borders. Unit4 has vast experience collaborating with organizations in the Flemish, Belgian and Dutch market with different working cultures, as well as the knowledge and understanding of the local laws and regulations.
Lode Maris, Managing Director Benelux at Unit4 said, "We are pleased that we can help North Sea Port in its ambition to harmonize and grow its business. Unit4 and North Sea Port share the same can-do attitude and both parties are fully committed to achieving the optimal result. We truly see our cooperation as a partnership and look forward to a successful collaboration."
