For professionals by professionals
Our courses are delivered by professional trainers, who have broad experience in working with our software. And, being part of the UNIT4 organization, they are up to date with the latest CODA product releases and technology and can draw on the experience of our other consulting and training professionals. Because quality is extremely important to us, we constantly monitor our courses and trainers to make sure they deliver an exceptionally high standard of training.
Scheduled courses
Our training team provides a variety of training services to help your organization reap significant benefits from your investment in CODA Financials. For each project, the training consultant will discuss in detail the provision of training within the implementation life cycle. This would normally involve an initial meeting, the preparation of a training proposal and some 'monitoring meetings' during the training project.
We can run scheduled classroom courses or tailor them to your needs. We keep the numbers of people in a class to about eight, so that each person receives a high level of attention from the tutor and has the opportunity to share experiences and problems with others on the course. Each person has access to an appropriate computer for the practical work, and the training style encourages participation and active learning.
Ad hoc courses
We can provide tailored courses exclusively for your organization and deliver them either in our offices or at your site. These are particularly useful for new staff or people who want to improve their skills with particular systems. If you are interested in this option, we can perform a Training Needs Analysis to advise you on the best options for you.
Train the trainer
Often customers believe that they are best positioned to deliver end-user training, dependent on language, business processes, size of organization and availability of qualified trainers. In this case, UNIT4 CODA's training consultants can provide help with ‘Train The Trainer’, setting up the CODA training environment and the provision of CODA training materials.
